Rodney Renner Rodney Renner is a 4th generation construction industry expert. He has been working in the business for more than 20 years on both residential and commercial projects. His resume boasts high profile public projects with values in excess of $100 million along with multi-million dollar residential estates. His attention to detail and extensive experience are keys to the success of The Renner Companies and its many successful projects.
Marla Renner Marla Renner joined him in the construction business in 1998 and has been a great help in several aspects of the business. With her years of experience in the financial arena, Marla brings to The Renner Companies the consistency and continuity that each client can expect. Marla also has been licensed in real estate since 2006 and in the Million Dollar Club in 2007. Together, the Renners also have 4 children - Nicholas (5), Andrew (11), Tim (11) and Alex (15).
Erik Z. van der Heijden Erik is currently a Project Engineer with a focus on design and estimating aspects. Erik graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. His previous work experience in the construction industry and his desire to excel are assets to any project.
Jay Lowe is a highly experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Jay’s extensive residential experience has resulted in over $250 million in successful residential building projects.
Stephen Saxon is our resident sales expert for our U-Build It franchise. We rely heavily on Stephen to manage all aspects of the U-Build it portion of the Renner Companies portfolio of construction offerings. Stephen has 20 years of professional experience in the building and remodeling industry. His hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade has allowed him to be a part of over 4,000 projects in the Metro Atlanta area.
